I thought this home would be a great investment property. It is close to town and a park. The street wasn't too busy and pretty quiet. I thought that the home would be a great investment property because I could see it as a rental. I also thought that it would be perfect for a young family that is buying a home for the first time. It had been updated and we staged it to help showcase the upgrades that the home had gotten.
